All services provided by On Your Mart Group (OYM) including onyourmart.com, oym-online.com, oymnlms.com and oym-logistics.com may be used for lawful purposes only.

Transmission or storage of any information, data or material in violation of Hong Kong law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to : material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statue. Our users agree to indemnify and hold harmless OYM from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the party who subscribes our services (merchants) or any other parties.

Spamming or the sending of unsolicited email, from an OYM and/or using an email address or domain name in a spam that is maintained on an OYM machine is STRICTLY prohibited. This actions will be treated as violation of contract between both parties. OYM reserve the rights to stop providing services to such kind of users or the group the user belongs.

Payment has to be settled within the agreed credit period otherwise all files, information and mail under the account will be preserved for 15 days from the date the payment is due. If the payment is not received after 15 days, all files, information and mail under the related account will be deleted. If the merchant wishes to resume the service again, the merchant must re-apply as a new account. For this, an activation/set-up fee will be required.

The merchant agrees that OYM has the right to delete all data, files or other information that is stored under the merchant's account if the merchant's account with OYM is terminated, for any reason, by either OYM or the merchant.

OYM makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing.

OYM also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. OYM will not be responsible for any damage suffered. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, mis-deliveries, or service interruptions caused by OYM's negligence or the merchants' errors or omissions. Use of any information obtained via OYM is at your own risk. OYM specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services.
